1, multi-stage centrifugal pump assembly pump assembly sequence is generally contrary to the removal of the order. The assembly quality directly affects the normal operation of the pump, and affects the life and performance parameters of the pump.
Assembly should pay attention to the following points:

(2) the neutral part of the impeller outlet flow channel and the guide vane inlet flow channel is to ensure that the quality of the flow channel can directly influence the performance of the pump, so the size of the pump can not be adjusted at will.
(3) after the pump is assembled, the rotor is rotated by hand to check whether the rotor is rotating in the pump before loading the packing;
(4) after the inspection, press the packing, and pay attention to the relative position of the packing ring in the cavity.
2, pump should pay attention to the demolition of the matter
(1) parking in the parking order;
(2) the liquid in the pump housing (including cooling water) should be let go; the bearing part is dilute lubricating oil, lubricating oil should be let go;
(3) to remove the obstruction removing piping, such as balance tube, water sealing pipe pipe and wire;
